About this project:
Constructed on its own peninsula this performance hall has a dramatic bank of windows that faces the harbor and encloses a restaurant and lobby. A flat roof extends out toward the water covering a waterfront plaza. An interesting pedestrian bridge that crosses a small canal provides access from the shoreline.
